Butt Weld 45 Degree Elbows are used in systems where it is desirable to avoid a hard bend in flow direction. They can be used to redirect your pipeline horizontally, vertically, or a combination of both using several elbows inline.
Sanitary weld fittings are a cost effective method to create standing piping compared to the Tri Clamp alternatives. While the sanitary tubing lines are more permanent and requires a larger labor investment initially, once constructed the maintenance costs are considerably cheaper as gaskets do not need to be replaced on a regular basis.
