Store Shopping Guidelines

Our store is open!
We're welcoming customers from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday and 10:00 am - 2:00 pm on Saturdays.

Our Customer Experience
The safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers has always been our top priority. This continues to be our focus as we evolve our COVID protocols taking into consideration changing guidelines from the State of Washington, Center for Diseases Control (CDC), and the World Health Organization (WHO).

We have discontinued all protocols previously in place requiring temperature checks.

Given the conflicting guidance at this time among these groups regarding masking, we continue to require masks or face coverings to be worn by all customers and staff member while in our store. We will closely monitor the guidance and adjust our mask protocol as more data becomes available.

In the best interest of our customers and staff, Glacier Tanks will all continue increased safety and cleaning measures already in place, which include:

• Frequently disinfecting and cleaning our store throughout the day
• Frequently cleaning the checkout station
• Maintaining the Plexiglass partitions at checkout
• Providing hand sanitizer for our customers
• Actively monitoring customer traffic to promote social distancing and ensure a safe shopping environment.
