Extractor lids offer a versatile mounting surface with an assortment of Tri Clamp ferrules and ports onto which a pressure gauge, relief valve, sight glass process view, JIC, and other fittings may be attached. The compact design makes it a favorite of the home enthusiast.
Tri Clamp high-pressure extraction tank lids are designed following the specifications of the Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII Division 1 of the ASME Code book. The 10-inch and 12-inch lids are designed to meet the specification requirements for 200 PSI and 150 PSI, respectively, which follow the PSI ratings of the equivalent-sized high-pressure clamps. For high-pressure applications, only high-pressure clamps should be used.
In order to provide the highest quality products, our Quality Assurance &Â Engineering team has tested this item to ensure it meets Glacier Tanks' pressure testing standards. Any clamp marks left on the item are a result of these testing procedures.Â
