This 5 to 10 gallon batch brewing system features spray-ball CIP cleaning, bottom draining kettles, and more! Welded industry-standard TC fittings and sanitary butterfly valves mean there’s no threaded fittings on wort. Commercial-grade sensors featuring M12 connections feed temperature data to our proprietary digital control. Our premium 15.5 gallon kettles include internal volume markings in gallons/liters. Plate heat exchanger, whirlpool system, and spray-ball cleaning are standard equipment. All stacked on a beautiful hand TIG welded stainless steel frame rolling on heavy-duty 5” locking casters.
