We offer replacement seats for our butterfly valves in the 3 most common materials: Silicone, EPDM, FKM (a non-FDA approved Viton analog). Each seat will fit the respective valve size in both trigger and pull handle variants as the valve bodies are identical. With a few simple tools, replacing the valve seat is an easy proposition.

Warning: Valve seats are designed to fit Glacier Tanks sanitary butterfly valves only. We cannot guarantee they will fit other manufacturers, and once purchased, valve seats are non-returnable per FDA regulation.While we are prohibited from recommending a gasket type, we do offer a Chemical Resistance Chart (new window) that matches the resistance level of gasket materials to the different chemicals / food products you may be using. We may suggest using an A- or B-rated gasket for your particular application.
