Vessel clamps are designed to mount any cylindrical vessel or tank to our rolling system racks. The clamp body is made from stainless steel 304 and a silicon cushion that holds components rigidly without damaging them. Vessel clamps fit standard jacketed spool & tank diameters between 4 in. - 12 in., plus an over-sized 14 in. clamp for jacketed 12 in. vessels. Jackets add two inches to the diameter of the spools, thus a VC-G600 (6 in.) clamp can hold a 4 in. jacketed spool or a 6 in. non-jacketed spool.
The reversible mounting clamp attaches to the 1.5 in. spools that makeup the mounting bars on the rolling racks. This allows you to place the mounting clamp or the clamped vessel in either a vertical or horizontal position. The clamp will fit any Tri Clamp 1.5 in spools that meet 3A standards.
