The Ruby Pro series brewing system is a 4 vessel (2 Mash Tun / 2 Boil Kettle) configuration making it a 2 BBL capable brewery. With the addition of a separate HLT or on-demand hot water source, this system will brew (2) simultaneous 1 BBL batches. This is our most capable and flexible brewing system with a finished batch size range from 15 gallons to 65 gallons. It also affords you the ability to brew (2) separate 1 BBL recipes simultaneously. This system can be used as a stand-alone 1 BBL brewery with the second boil kettle serving as an HLT. It can also be configured as a highly efficient back-to-back progressive 1 BBL brewing system utilizing the second boil kettle as a wort receiver and one of the mash tuns as an HLT. With full PID temp control on every vessel, there’s obviously tons of options.
Ruby Pro systems feature bottom draining kettles and a spray-ball unit, so there’s no need to remove the kettles from the frame when cleaning. The bottoms of the mash tun manways are flush with the false bottoms for quick and easy grain clean-out. Welded industry standard TC fittings and sanitary butterfly valves mean there’s no threaded fittings on wort. Our premium 50+ gallon kettles include internal volume markings in gallons/liters, and now include welded silicone-covered handles. Full digital control and plate heat exchanger are standard equipment. All stacked on beautiful hand TIG welded stainless steel frames rolling on heavy-duty 5” locking casters.
